The man who once ran the FBI is now on his third Trump-era criminal case — and X is busy replaying his old wish list for Trump. The Justice Department filed a two-count criminal information accusing James Comey of communicating national defense information to an unauthorized person around Oct. 5, 2016, and conspiring to do so, Fox News reports; the New York Post says the alleged leak went to the New York Times.
